Correct, remove, or send your Profile

Your company is listed here because it is on the Companies House public register, not because you asked to be. Correcting the entry or taking it down is free and changes nothing about where you appear. If you have paid for a Profile or a Featured slot, this is where your logo, your words and your link come in.

How we know it is you. A company number is public, so quoting one proves nothing on its own. What we go on is your email address being on the company's own domain, and we confirm by replying to it before anything is published. That is also why an address at gmail, outlook, yahoo and the like cannot be used. If your company has no domain email, write to directory@ouridea.ai and we will find another way.

What happens next

If you are sending a Profile

We match it to your payment and reply to an address on your company's domain to confirm it is you. Then your logo, your words and your link appear on your entry at the next build, labelled as a paid Profile with the date. We do not verify what it says and the page says so, which is the honest position and protects you as much as the reader.

If you are removing

No reason needed and none recorded. The entry is suppressed on the next build, normally within a day, and stays off permanently even though the company remains on the public register.

Correcting and removing are free and change nothing about where you appear. A Profile and a Featured slot are paid, and both are labelled wherever they appear. Paying never buys the Checked mark or a place in search results.
