Effective 27 August 2026. This site is operated by OurIdea.ai. OurIdea.ai is the trading name of a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. The operator is an individual and is the data controller; their name is not published here, and is provided on request to any individual whose data is processed, or to the Information Commissioner's Office, by emailing privacy@ouridea.ai.

1. What this site is

Automation Agency Directory lists UK companies whose registered SIC codes place them in automation, software development, IT consultancy, managed IT, data processing or management consultancy sectors. Records are drawn from the Companies House public register.

Using this site means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

2. What inclusion does not mean

Inclusion is not an endorsement, a recommendation, a ranking, a certification, or any statement that a listed company provides a particular service, provides it competently, or is available for work.

SIC codes are declared by companies themselves and are frequently never updated. They indicate the sector a company registered under, not what it does today.

No payment is taken for inclusion, position or prominence anywhere on this site.

3. Do your own checks

This directory is a starting point for your own due diligence, not a substitute for it. Before engaging anyone listed here, verify their current status on the Companies House register, confirm they do the work you need, and take up references. We are not a party to anything that follows.

4. Accuracy, and the limits of it

Register data is reproduced as retrieved, with the retrieval date shown on every page. It can be out of date between refreshes, and it can be wrong at source. Where a company has described itself, that description is its own statement, is labelled as such, and has not been independently verified.

The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or from anything you do or do not do as a result of it, including any dealings with a listed company. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

5. If you are a listed company

You did not ask to be listed, and you can be removed. Email directory@ouridea.ai from an address on the company's own domain, quoting the company number, and say what you want:

• Removal. Actioned on the next build. No reason required and none will be asked for.
• Correction. Register facts are corrected at Companies House and flow through on the next refresh. Anything else we fix directly.
• A claim. Add your own description and the tools you work with. It appears as your statement, dated, and marked self-declared.

You are responsible for anything you submit. Do not submit anything untrue, misleading, or that you do not have the right to publish. We may decline or remove submitted content at our discretion, and we do not have to explain why.

6. Companies House data

Company information on this site is sourced from Companies House and is Crown copyright, reproduced under the Open Government Licence v3.0. This site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Companies House.

7. Our content

The page designs, written text, derived statistics and the way records are organised are ours. You may quote and link to them with attribution. You may not copy the directory wholesale or extract it in bulk to build a competing product.

8. Links out

Where we link to another site, including the Companies House record and any website a company has given us, we are not responsible for its content.

9. Availability

This is a free service run at no cost by one person. It may be unavailable, changed or discontinued at any time without notice.

10. Changes

These terms may change. The effective date at the top shows when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
