Your company is listed here because it is on the Companies House public register, not because you asked to be. You can add what you actually do, fix something, or have the entry taken down. All three are free and none of them affects where you appear.

How we know it is you. A company number is public, so quoting one proves nothing on its own. What we go on is your email address being on the company's own domain, and we confirm by replying to it before anything is published. That is also why an address at gmail, outlook, yahoo and the like cannot be used. If your company has no domain email, write to directory@ouridea.ai and we will find another way.

What happens next

If you are claiming

We reply to confirm it is you, then your description appears on your entry marked as your own statement, with the date. We do not verify what it says and the page says so, which is the honest position and protects you as much as the reader.

If you are removing

No reason needed and none recorded. The entry is suppressed on the next build, normally within a day, and stays off permanently even though the company remains on the public register.

Claiming is free, stays free, and does not change your position in any list. There is no paid placement on this site.
